ASSYRIANLINK TERMINATION POLICY

Following criterias will teminate your membership to AL:

1. Use of profanity directed to any AL members.
2. Any form of disrespect directed to any AL members.
3. Directing private emails discussed between the AL moderator and any AL members to all AssyrianLink members or other media of communication. Such emails cannot be shared with anyone without the consent of AL moderator.
4. Directing private emails between two AL members to Assyrianlink without the consent of the either person.
5. Any emails sent from terminated members should not be posted on AL.
6. AL members are not allowed to send or receive any AL emails to terminated AL members.

ASSYRIANLINK REINSTATEMENT POLICY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Assyrianlink is here to bring Assyrians from all over the world closer to each other. There are times when one persons membership will be terminated and this does not mean that they can not become a member again later on. In order to give membership privildges to those members whose membership has been terminated, the following rules will apply:

FIRST TIME TERMINATION:

Your account can be reinstate it after four months as long as you follow below directions:

1. Write an email to AL moderator indicating why you should be reinstate it. Emails should be sent to comments@assyria.com.
2. A mandatory "email apology" directed to AL readers and offended member/s indicating why you would like to join. AL moderator will send this email to AL members for everyone to read.
3. You have read and agree to the charter of Assyrianlink which is posted on http://www.assyria.com .

SECOND TIME TERMINATION:

Your account can be reinstate it after six months as long as you follow below directions:

1. Write an email to AL moderator indicating why you should be reinstate it. Emails should be sent to comments@assyria.com .
2. A mandatory "email apology" directed to AL readers and offended member/s indicating why you would like to join. AL moderator will send this email to AL members for everyone to read.
3. A phone interview with AL moderator.
4. You have read and agree to the charter of Assyrianlink which is posted on http://www.assyria.com .

THIRD TIME TERMINATION AND BEYOND:

Your account can be reinstate it after eight months as long as you follow below directions:

1. A mandatory "email apology" directed to AL readers and offended member/s indicating why you would like to join. AL moderator will send this email to AL members for everyone to read.
2. A 2/3 majority vote will be conducted using Assyrianlink members. AL moderator and an AL volunteer member will count the votes and post the results. The volunteer member will be selected on a first come first serve basis. Duration of the vote is 7 days.
3. You have read and agree to the charter of Assyrianlink which is posted on http://www.assyria.com .
